What we collect, where it goes, and how to ask us to remove it. Effective Date: October 26, 2026.
Find a group: first name, email address, mobile phone, the day you prefer, and anything you add in the comments.
Sign up to lead: full name, email address, phone number, and your home church.
Contact: name, email address, phone number (optional), and your message.
Each form also records the page it was sent from and the time. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or passwords; the site has no member accounts.
A submission is stored in our database, hosted on Amazon Web Services in the United States, and emailed to admin@blgglobe.com. Group and leader sign-ups are also sent into our internal task tracker (ClickUp) so a team member can follow up. Only Bible Listening Groups staff and group leaders see it. We do not sell, rent or trade it.
Donations are made on Donorbox, a separate website with its own privacy policy. We do not receive or store your card details.
Every email we send carries a visible way to unsubscribe at the bottom and the standard unsubscribe headers. Reply with "unsubscribe" or email hello@blgglobe.com and we will stop.
The site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It stores one value in your browser to remember that you have seen the cookie notice. Films are embedded from Vimeo with Do Not Track enabled; playing a film is subject to Vimeo's policy. Fonts load from Fontshare.
Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to identify you.
We keep a submission for as long as we need it to follow up with you about a group or leader training, and then remove it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
